CBAMBOO is the carbon intelligence platform for CBAM, the EU's flagship trade policy - it lets enterprise importers measure, price, and optimize the carbon cost of their supply chains.

• Joined as hire #1 when the company was 3 people with no revenue. When I left, it had raised $1.3M and grown to 10 people.
• Owned the full sales cycle - outbound strategy, demo playbooks, proposals, SOW templates - and led a sales team of 2.
• Generated $7.8M in pipeline and $300K in ARR across 30+ enterprise accounts, ACVs from $6K to $100K.
• Designed and iterated the self-serve onboarding flow for the free tier - 400+ activated users.
• Turned 120+ product demos into product requirements, designed the core analytics dashboard, and ran the feedback loop between customers and engineering.
• Ran the CRM and weekly analysis - 1,600+ sales interactions converted into insight for the team and for investor pitch decks.
